Terms of service
The plain-English terms that apply when you buy a StreamIPTV Ireland subscription: what we supply, how you pay, how refunds and cancellation work, and what each of us is responsible for.
Last updated: 27 September 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
- Trading name: StreamIPTV Ireland, at streamiptv.irish
- Registered business name: StreamIPTV Ireland
- Contact: WhatsApp +44 7897 046732 or [email protected], open 24/7
- Customers: consumers in Ireland
By ordering a plan, requesting a trial or using this site you accept these terms.
2. What the service is
We supply an IPTV subscription: live channels and on-demand films and series, streamed over your own internet connection to your own device using a third-party app such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or IBO Player. We supply the login; we do not supply the device, the app or the broadband.
Channel line-ups and on-demand titles change over time. We cannot guarantee that a particular channel, programme, match or event will be available on a given day.
3. Plans, ordering and payment
- Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, for 1, 2 or 3 devices watching at the same time. Prices are shown in euro on the plans page and are paid once per plan.
- You order on WhatsApp. We send payment details, and your login follows once payment is confirmed — usually within minutes.
- We accept Revolut, IBAN bank transfer, PayPal, and card where available.
- There is no automatic renewal. Your plan ends on its last day and nothing is taken from your account. To continue, you place a new order.
4. Free trial
The free trial runs for 24 hours on one device, is limited to one per household, and needs no payment details. It ends by itself and does not turn into a paid plan.
5. Refunds and your right to cancel
7-day money-back guarantee. New customers can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service is not working as described and our support team cannot fix it after a genuine troubleshooting attempt with you.
What the guarantee does not cover:
- Installing and activating the player app on your own device is your responsibility. We supply the IPTV playlist and login, not the app — once we have given you correct setup instructions, we cannot refund problems on the device itself.
- Buffering or access problems caused by your own internet connection, or by an internet provider blocking streaming traffic. Where a provider blocks the service, setting up a VPN to restore access is the customer's responsibility.
- Free trials, because no payment is taken.
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase, or for reasons unrelated to how the service works, are looked at case by case.
How to ask for a refund. Message us on WhatsApp or e-mail [email protected] with your order details and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 7 to 10 working days of being agreed.
Cancelling. Every plan is a fixed term with no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel — your subscription simply ends on the last day of the term you paid for.
Your statutory right of withdrawal. As a distance contract with a consumer in Ireland you normally have 14 days to withdraw. Digital services are an exception once fully provided: when you ask us to start straight away and confirm that you understand you lose that right once the service is supplied, it ends. We ask for that confirmation on WhatsApp before we send your login. The guarantee above is in addition to your rights under Irish and EU consumer law, and nothing here reduces them.
6. Using your account
- Your login is for your own household and for the number of devices on your plan.
- Sharing, reselling or redistributing the login beyond that is not permitted, and an account found doing it may be suspended without a refund.
- You are responsible for a suitable internet connection, a compatible device and app, and for using the service in line with the laws that apply where you are.
7. Availability and quality
Picture quality depends on your broadband speed, your device and the app you use. We recommend roughly 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
Servers are maintained and updated from time to time, and short interruptions can happen. Support is open 24/7 and we will tell you what we know when something is wrong.
8. Liability
We are responsible for supplying the service described in these terms. We are not responsible for problems caused by your broadband provider, your device, a third-party app, or a broadcaster changing its schedule or its channel line-up.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes, complaints and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version always sits on this page with the date it was updated. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a plan you have already paid for.
If something goes wrong, contact us first — most things are sorted in a message or two. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
