1. Who we are

StreamIPTV Ireland ("we", "us") runs the website at streamiptv.irish and provides IPTV subscriptions to customers in Ireland. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation.

2. What we collect, and how

We keep the details you give us yourself, and nothing more than we need to sell and support a subscription.

• Website forms. The forms on this site store nothing on the website and send no e-mail. When you submit one, WhatsApp opens with your details written into a message — your name, number, device, chosen plan and anything you typed. You decide whether to press send.
• WhatsApp and e-mail. The messages you send us, so we can process an order, set up a trial or sort a problem.
• Service details. The login credentials we issue you, and for MAG boxes the MAC address you send us so the box can be registered.
• Payment. Payments are made by Revolut, IBAN bank transfer, PayPal, or card where available. Those providers handle the payment itself; we see the confirmation and the reference, not your full card details.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To provide what you bought — setting up your account, issuing the login, answering support questions. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To deal with a free trial request before any contract exists. Lawful basis: your consent, given when you send the request.
• To keep records of orders and support and to protect our service from misuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
• To meet tax and accounting duties under Irish law. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It tells us that a page was viewed and roughly where in the world the visit came from — it does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising.

The site sets two kinds of cookie: the essential WordPress cookies that make the pages work, and the analytics cookies described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site still works without them.

5. Who else sees your data

• WhatsApp (Meta) — because that is where the conversation happens. Meta processes messages under its own terms, and some of that processing happens outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR allows.
• Our e-mail provider — the service that carries the e-mails between us.
• Our website host — the company that runs the servers this site sits on.
• Payment providers — Revolut, your bank, PayPal or the card processor, depending on how you pay.
• Google Analytics — visit statistics only, as described above.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertisers. Support is handled by our team in Ireland, and our streaming servers are based in Ireland, so your customer data stays inside the EU apart from the WhatsApp and Google services named above, which carry their own GDPR safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for six years, because Irish tax law requires it. Support conversations, trial requests and form messages are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months. Anything you ask us to delete sooner is deleted where the law allows.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict how we use it; object to our use of it; or send it to another provider. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland — dataprotection.ie.

8. Children

The service is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we find we have.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned on WhatsApp to customers they affect.
